Living by the ‘Create My Happy’ mantra can take you from a place of darkness to flourishment. In this session, our instructor uses her philosophy of the Three P’s: possibility, productivity & performance to bring resilience, hope and happiness to delegates. Each of these elements contribute to our wellbeing; increasing our emotional fitness and helping us to lead a full and healthy life. This session has been created to help people mould their own happiness and develop ways to prioritise their mental health.
Course delegates will leave empowered to find more blend in their life and implement strategies to prioritise their wellbeing, creating their own happiness whilst managing the day-to-day stress of life.
