Mindfullness in Practice

This introductory workshop has been designed to offer a broad overview of mindfulness, before focusing in on the practical aspects of building a practice.

The session is more hands-on and experiential than the Introduction to Mindfulness, with 30-minutes of guided meditation practice included through three differing practices. 

This session is ideal for those looking to offer their team a moment to recharge amid the busy working day or for groups that are interested in building a practice beyond the session.
