Hope Health offers a range of ONLINE drop-in meditation sessions which can be themed according to the business or organisation.
Each session offers employees a chance to experience a soothing guided mindfulness meditation, allowing them to take a break to recharge during the busy working day.
Drop-in meditations include time for participants to ask questions, helping them to explore the practice further with a view to expanding their experience beyond the session.
Sessions can be arranged on an individual or regular basis.
