This workshop provides participants with a thorough understanding of what mindfulness is, how it can be practiced and the benefits it holds for our health and well-being. 

The format has been designed to be experiential as well as informative, giving participants the opportunity to have a nourishing break as well as practices to take with them beyond the session.
