Staying calm when the world is moving fast and feeling like you can withstand pressure and stress is hugely important, especially in times of uncertainty.
Mindfulness is about making an honest assessment of where you are now. Taking the time to ask yourself how you feel right now an what you need, for you, in your life.
In the words of Austrian philosopher and psychiatrist Viktor Frankl: “between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response”.
By creating calm and building resilience in our lives by being mindful during our everyday activities, we create that space that allows us to notice our emotions, choose our response, reduce stress and develop our emotional fitness.
This session will give you practical ways to develop calm and resilience using the instructors Three P’s philosophy: Possibility, Productivity & Performance.
