Personal & Organisational Resilience

It has been well documented that personal and organisational resilience will add many benefits to an organisation including greater productivity, less staff absence, less staff presenteeism, happier workforce and improved team cohesiveness. However, in recent years, there has been a surge to accredit and implement this resilience within a caring and nurturing environment that encourages well-being, whilst also providing awareness of individual and collective mental health.

This accredited course introduces the concept of resilience, identifies why it’s crucial, and how it can be measured, improved and maintained. Blended to this are the well-being and mental health strands that together create a powerful programme of employee empowerment.
