Thriving Under Pressure

This session has been uniquely developed for those feeling under pressure in the current climate or general anxiety and stress. Based on the concepts of positive psychology and evidence from the field of mental health, those attending will leave with a broader understanding of wellbeing and mental health and practical techniques to manage stress, anxiety, focus on wellbeing and to create happiness to flourish.
