Louise - Fully Qualified Integrative Counsellor

Our emotional well-being is just as important as our physical health and can often be compromised by our day to day busy lives and routines.

Counselling is a perfect opportunity to put yourself first.

My approach is integrative this means I have trained in a variety of counselling techniques- Person Centred, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic. This enables the session to be tailored around you and your individual needs.

I believe the most important thing is finding someone that is right for you and makes you feel at ease. Establishing the foundations of a trusting relationship is the beginning of any relationship.

I am passionate about helping people, I provide a safe space which is non- judgmental for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings. I can offer support to work on personal goals and challenges that you may be facing.
