25% of the world’s population is living with mental health issues, and £1 trillion is lost every year due to depression and anxiety. Without the right support and care, issues that may seem relatively minor can quickly escalate into larger problems that can impact quality of life and even become life-threatening.

The COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting economic recession have negatively affected many people’s mental health and created new barriers for people already suffering from mental illness. We understand that many factors contribute to a decline in mental health, and we seek to beat the stigma around seeking help for these illnesses.

Therapy is more in demand than ever before, and providing help to all of those in need is a huge challenge for our NHS and waiting lists for treatment are long, with 634,649 receiving therapy from the NHS last year and many more referred. In that time patients' mental health conditions may escalate or engagement with services may become less appealing.

Hope Health bridges the gap between this demand and supply in Mental Healthcare. We work with you to provide the support you require, ensuring you are equipped to address mental health issues and improve your mental wellbeing.

Our comprehensive services are designed to help with the prevention, early intervention and access to treatment, addressing a variety of different mental health issues.
